Delivery & Refund Policy
Delivery of all Product Stories services is carried out in the terms and manner specified in the Service Agreement with every certain client.
2. Refunds conditions
Product Stories guarantees a full refund for the purchased digital services on the client's demand under the following conditions:
Product Stories did not fulfill its obligations by the deadline specified in the Service Agreement without giving reasons before the expiration of this deadline, and, at the same time, no more
than 14 calendar days have passed since the deadline.
After the delivery of the service, if the client made a reasoned claim to the low quality of the service and did not receive a response from the Product Stories team within 10 calendar days, and,
at the same time, no more than 14 calendar days have passed since the delivery.

All requests are processed in about 3 business days. Refund transaction length may depend on certain bank features.
Refunds are made by transferring the amount previously paid by you to the Visa / Mastercard you used to make the purchase. If the purchase was made differently, we refund the funds to the card that you
specified in your refund request.
